Appointment Policies: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to reach us by phone (i.e. outside of operating hours) you may leave a voicemail, send us an email, or log in to your BOOKER account to cancel/reschedule. Clients will be unable to hold or schedule any future appointments until any outstanding fees have been paid.
